Bo picked the topic and on this episode he wants to talk about their family dog Zuul!
Pat has to remind Bo that the family dog wasn't always a fan of his, but Bo is quick to point out the fun relationship they have now and some of the examples. We also learn what Zuul's favorite place to lay down is.
BMK - Being Selfish and Talking to Yourself
There is a positive side to being selfish...yes there is! Pat walks Alora through it.
The key is, you can be selfish while still benefitting other people.
Later on, Pat calls out Alora for leaving garbage in the house. What parent hasn't had to do that to their children?
Finally, Alora talks about doing just that "little bit" extra for the family.
Adulting With...Nursing during the pandemic
Brandy Becker, a nurse in the Chippewa Valley tells us what it's like for nurses, and health care professionals, during the pandemic.
Brandy also discusses her "loud" family dinners, frustrations she has had, what she has been able to do (it's very limited).
She talks about having a woman tell her that masks don't do anything and how she responded...
At the same time, there is still good and Pat and Brandy bring up that too
Brandy mentions starting her shifts with a positive attitude.

This episode dives deeper into the communication between parents and their kids. Alora and Pat talk about their honest struggles every daughter/father dynamic can have. One way Alora tries to communicate with her parents is through letters and e-mails and the two discuss that.
Six Minutes with Bo...Blowing Bubbles & Paper Airplanes
Bo is here talking about some of the simplest joys for kids. On this episode, Bo and his dad go through the process of blowing a bubble with chewing gum.
They then move onto learning about folding paper airplanes.
It's all about learning experiences between a dad and his son.
